Shipping policy

We ship five days a week, Monday-Friday, with most orders going out within 3-5 business days. Please note that some products may require extra time to 3D print or assemble before they are shipped; we will note any relevant lead times with an estimate in the product description. Lucas Builds Stuff is not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double-check your address when you order!

International Shipping:

Currently we only ship to USA and Canada.

United States Shipping:

Customers are 100% responsible for all Duty/VAT/Customs fees, so please check your own country's/states policies for the expected costs involved. We utilize Chit Chats to ship from Canada to the USA. Once across the border fully tracked USPS handles the delivery. Delivery times are generally 3-7 days once fulfilled. We do not offer shipping and delivery time-frame guarantees, but we take 100% responsibility for your package arriving safely.

Canada Shipping:

We utilize Chit Chats to ship within Canada. Delivery times are generally between 1-2 weeks. We do not offer shipping and delivery time-frame guarantees, but we take 100% responsibility for your package arriving safely.
